In the fall of 2009, my wife and I decided to build a home in West Lafayette. After interviewing more than four different builders, we settled on Keene Homes as our builder of choice. This decision was based on several factors including price, option choices, building schedule, and, probably most importantly, interaction with the management and sales staff.

 

When we initially contacted Keene Homes, we were introduced to a sales representative named Kristy Wozniak. She was helpful without being pushy and communicating with us in an honest and respectful manner. She also walked us through every step in the process from initial planning and site selection to final closing at the title company. All throughout the building process, we were kept “in the loop” regarding our home’s progress and consistently felt in control of things. Even when sub-contractors had the inevitable scheduling problem, Kristy (and Brian Keen himself, when necessary) took control and resolved the issues quickly and calmly. Our home was completed on-time and without cutting corners.

 

The home building process with Keene Homes was wonderful and, if given the chance, we would build with them again. In fact, we liked Kristy and Brian so much that they now hold a permanent spot on our Christmas card list.
